1. Contenders who have applied for the post of Office Assistant (Multipurpose) should first of all visit the official web portal of the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection: ibps.in .
2. After visiting the home page of the official website aspirants should click on the ‘Download Your Pre-Exam Training Call Letter for CWE- RRBs III - Office Assistants’ link.
3. The link will redirect the aspirants to the page where they have to fill in their details to download the Hall Ticket.
4. Applicants have to select the language in which they want to print the admit card i.e. Hindi / English.
5. After that aspirants should fill their Registration Number, Date of Birth and Password.
6. If all the details mentioned are correct then click on ‘Submit’ or click on ‘Reset’ and after filling the correct details submit it accordingly.

2. Contenders should now click on the link “Download Your Pre -Exam Training Call Letter for CWE- RRBs III -Officers Scale-I”.
3. After clicking on that link aspirants will be redirected to another page where they have to fill up their details like Language (Hindi / English), Registration Number, Date of Birth and Password.
4. It is important to note that entering the Registration Number is mandatory and applicants can enter either their Date of Birth or their Password.
5. After filling all the details contenders should click on ‘Submit’.
6. If the applicant has made any mistake in entering the details he / she can click on ‘Reset’ and after entering all the correct details he / she can click on ‘Submit’.
